Co-Creating Clergy Well-Being
Steve, a Systems thinker, and Darshi, an Idealized Design facilitator, along with two other design facilitators, conducted an Idealized Design session with church leaders to co-create a program that addresses the gap between current clergy practices and the crucial need for well-being.

Smart Tax Organizer
Darshi, a systems designer, partnered with a small accounting firm for approx. 500 clients to design a seamless workflow between accountants, office administrators, and clients for the initial step of collaborating on tax returns. The team explored digital alternatives to paper tax organizers, prioritizing trials of various options before committing to subscription-based software.

DIY Craft Workshop
POL trained two volunteers—a retired Mumbai-based couple, including an art teacher eager to lead an educational one-day DIY craft workshop for over 150 children at a school in a remote village in Gujarat, India. The workshop was thoughtfully tailored to accommodate the couple’s travel logistics and the transport of materials between states.

Active Aging Guide
We developed a weekly routine for an 83-year-old woman living independently, helping her stay engaged with her interests and explore a simple new activity each week. The plan holistically addressed her physical, mental, emotional, and financial needs.

Co-Creating Church Health
Steve, a systems thinker, and Darshi, an Idealized Design facilitator, along with two additional design facilitators, collaborated with approximately 45 regional church leaders to co-create a strategy for ensuring the future health of small churches. The focus included exploring ways churches can support each other and maintain overall well-being.

Kado Meditation
We hosted a half-day meditation class integrated with Ikebana, exploring the basics of arranging various flowers, vases, and related materials with mindful attention to spatial harmony. Participants experienced the calming synergy of meditation and floral art, learning to appreciate beauty in simplicity.
